Summer Time at Ravenswood UCC!
It is summertime and the living is easy! Here is what is happening in our community for the coming months....
Blessing of the Pets - June 13. Join us in our courtyard for a special service to recognize and celebrate our four-legged friends.
Father's Day - June 20. We celebrate Father's Day with a special service and a baptism of Margaret Moleski.
Independence Day - July 4. Our nation's birthday and an occasion to remember God's calling for our people.
Outdoor Worship - July 11. We gather in our courtyard under the trees to rejoice in God's creation.
Outdoor Worship - August 8. Another occasion to get outside and sing a song of celebration under the elms.

St. Theresa of Avila wrote in the 14th century that, “God has no hands but our hands.” At Ravenswood UCC we take that on as our mission - to be the visible love of God in this time and in this place for all of the children of God.
Our worship is simple and joyful, with organ music that rings of tradition, and preaching that speaks to the issues of today. Join us this Sunday. Children and families of all shapes and sizes are welcome.
